Henry Emil Bonitz Papers 1889 - 1948

Henry Emil Bonitz (1872-1921) was a graduate of the North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts in 1893. The Henry Emil Bonitz Papers contains copies of a 1948 letter from Bonitz's son, John H. Bonitz to J. W. Harrelson and Harrelson's reply. The collection also includes receipts for board at North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts (later North Carolina State University), which Henry Emil Bonitz paid in 1889 and 1890.

Hugh Williams Primrose was one of six sons born to William Stuart Primrose and Ella Williams Primrose. He was born January 21, 1878 and died January 27, 1904. He was a member of the graduating class of 1897. His father, William Stuart Primrose, was a member of the original Watauga Club which helped found the college.
